Yeah yeah yeah… I know… I haven’t posted in like a month. Get over it :). Kid Cudi released a dope mixtape while I’ve been gone, and although most of the songs on there I’ve already posted, so its nothing new for us, there are a few tracks that I find dope that I hadn’t heard yet. My favorite is the one with 88 Keys Ho is For Honey. :) I even put it on my myspace. Gotta Keep it Too Trill. I love that shit. Anyways, He finally announced the date his album will drop :: August 25, 2009. So it’s a countdown, and from the looks of this mixtape (which shows alot of creative improvement over his last one) I think the album will be pretty dope. I posted the UNI Mixtape a couple months back, it was really dope. Dudes are talented. I was expecting a little more after all the hype for the official album, A Love Supreme, but it’s definitely not a disappointment. I wasn’t sure if I was going to post it, cause Im sure you guys can get this some where else, but I figured I’d make it more convenient for you to be the judge (but don’t expect me to post the WALE mixtape, cause it ain’t gonna happen! Go to WDIR for that shit lol). The lyrics are dope, the mixing is superb. If you love the L.A. sound of Hip-Hop you’ll dig this.

I won’t lie, I was sleeping on him for a while. I don’t know why, maybe after Brand New leaked last spring, I figured that’s all he had under his sleeve, but this is incredible. By far, one of the best mixtapes out right now. Drake is a force to be heard.

With songs produced by Kanye, and 40, and appearances by everyone from Lil’ Wayne, Trey Songz, Lloyd, and Lykke Li ( my favorite ) this tape is THE SHIT! My personal favorites are Little Bit, Say What’s Real, Unstoppable, & Houstatlantavegas, November 18.. He also released a chopped and screwed version of the mixtape which is pretty dope too. Check ‘em both out!
